IELTS Exam Cancellation Fees

  • Candidates cancelling their IELTS registration more than 14 days prior to the test date are eligible for a refund of 75% of the full IELTS test fee.
  • Candidates cancelling their IELTS registration within 14 days of the test date are eligible for a 50% refund of the full IELTS test fee.
  • Candidates cancelling their IELTS registration less than 2 days before the test date are eligible for a 25% refund of the full IELTS test fee.
  • No refund is available for candidates who cancel on the test day or after the test has been conducted

If a candidate desires to modify their examination date, they have the option to submit a request for rescheduling their test at least five weeks prior to the initially scheduled date. The newly selected date must fall within three months from the original test date.
